At the beginning of this week, a partners' meeting was held in Trnava, Slovakia, as part of the EcoQuest project—a narrative video game about climate change. We are happy to share key insights from this engaging meeting with our partners.
Throughout the day on October 22, our team engaged in detailed discussions about every step of the EcoQuest project. The meeting began with an overview of the project's general status, providing insight into the progress made so far. We focused on key components, including the pedagogical guide that is set to be released soon, as well as the narrative video game about climate change that we also tested.
This game was the central theme of the meeting; partners actively participated, sharing their thoughts on possible improvements to make the game inclusive and engaging for young people. Each partner presented information about previous steps, testing results, and future plans. Gamification plays an important role in empowering youth to take concrete actions. You can read an article on this topic on the project website.
The day continued with a pleasant lunch and an opportunity to get to know Trnava better, further enriching our collaboration.
